But the creative duo’s bond stems back to the fabulous and cancelled-too-soon 2012 ABC comedy Don’t Trust the B—- in Apartment 23, which starred Krysten Ritter (Jessica Jones), Dreama Walker (Doubt), and James Van Der Beek as, well, himself (sort of).
