The acclaimed Apple TV+ sci-fi series Foundation has reportedly tapped Fear the Walking Dead writer Ian Goldberg to take over as showrunner of the show after David S. Goyer relinquished that duty last year. According to Deadline, the writers’ room is already up and running for a potential Season 4 that would further adapt Isaac Asimov’s sprawling literary space opera, even though the long-gestating third season does not yet have a release date.
