In Dan Berk and Robert Olsen’s new action comedy Novocaine, Jack Quaid stars mild-mannered introvert Nathan Caine, who must save his girlfriend after she’s taken hostage in a bank robbery. It sounds like a simple premise, but when you add in the fact that Quaid has CIP (congenital insensitivity to pain), things get nuts in the new film, which is slated to be released on March 14 by Paramount Pictures.
