On Tuesday, February 4, TMZ published an exclusive report asserting Jordan had “been thrown behind bars” on Monday. Per the outlet, Jordan was booked into Orange County Jail. Additionally, he was reportedly charged with “DUI, cocaine possession, and resisting arrest.”
Furthermore, TMZ notes that the details of what led to Jordan’s arrest remain unclear. However, the outlet has reached out to authorities and Jordan for comment. Per Page Six, Jordan’s bond has been set at $4,000. However, it remains unclear whether he currently is still behind bars.

According to VIBE, Marcus Jordan initially made headlines for his alleged drug use in August 2024. At the time, photos surfaced of him seemingly snorting a white substance while sitting at a public table with friends. Subsequently, Jordan’s ex-girlfriend, Larsa Pippen, and her friend, Porsha Williams, took to social media to seemingly shade Jordan, per The Shade Room.
Jordan appeared to catch wind of Pippen’s comments. Then, in September, he seemingly threw shade at her and their breakup, stating on social media that he had put Pippen “back where she belongs,” per The Shade Room.
Most recently, in December, Michael Jordan’s son was photographed cozying up with Nicole Murphy.
