• OAuth providers: if you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google.
• Payment processors: GoDaddy Payments provides transaction confirmation and payout status; we do not store full card numbers.

• Counterparties in a deal: Filmmakers and Brands see each other's relevant deal information (project title, placement description, agreed price) to execute the transaction.
• Service providers: hosting, email delivery, payment processing, and analytics vendors who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.
• Legal requirements: when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of ClydeVision, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to affected users.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication (session cookies), security, and analytics. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) are only loaded after you provide consent via our cookie consent banner.
