CLYDEVISION FILMS — REGIONAL B2B SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT

This Sponsorship Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between ClydeVision Films ("Producer") and the undersigned sponsor ("Sponsor").

1. SPONSORSHIP PACKAGE
Sponsor agrees to provide production equity in exchange for the deliverables outlined in the selected package tier, which may include on-screen product placement, IMDb co-producer credit, and a post-release Distribution Reach Report.

2. PAYMENT
Sponsor agrees to remit the agreed sponsorship amount via wire transfer, check, or other approved method within 10 business days of signing this Agreement. Sponsorship is not confirmed until payment is received and verified.

3. PLACEMENT
ClydeVision Films retains full creative control over all placements. Placement is contextual and authentic to the film's narrative. Specific placement scenes are not guaranteed.

4. DISTRIBUTION
Producer will distribute the film to streaming platforms including but not limited to Tubi, Amazon Prime Video, and Plex. Distribution timelines are subject to post-production schedules.

5. CREDIT
IMDb co-producer credit will be submitted upon verified payment receipt. Credit processing is subject to IMDb's own timelines.

6. REACH REPORT
A Distribution Reach Report will be delivered within 90 days of the film's initial streaming release.

7. REFUNDS
Sponsorship fees are non-refundable once production has commenced. If the film is not completed or distributed within 24 months, Sponsor may request a full refund.

8. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.

By signing below, Sponsor acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Agreement.
